The venue was beautifully designed, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable near the restaurants, the stores and restaurants, and Quintana Roo. Although some of the staff were not so friendly, I had a fairly nice stay.

Had a proper boss time at this lovely place! The decor is dead sound, and the breakfast was killer—fresh juice and everything. Just a bit of a walk to the main action, but that added to the chill vibe. I’d totally recommend it!

I almost gave this place a good review but the barking dogs made it impossible, definitely ruined my beauty sleep. Not to mention the tiny closet space, like seriously, how am i supposed to feel classy with no room for my fabulous wardrobe? I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a note of apology, but clearly my expectations were far too high.
